REGULATORY
The ILSWA Regulatory Committee strives to be an advocate for sound public policy and present a unified voice for the wireless industry. Often times, we are faced with serious regulatory matters that affect carriers, infrastructure providers and vendors. The ILSWA Regulatory Committee works with regulatory attorneys and government relations professionals from major carriers and tower companies throughout to advocate for favorable regulations for the wireless industry.
ROLE OF THE ILSWA REGULATORY COMMITTEE
- Monitor federal, state and local regulations impacting wireless development
- Raise awareness of the benefits of wireless technology and new developments in our industry
- Assist members in removing barriers to wireless development at the state and local level
- Provide updates to membership on regulatory and legislative changes that impact development
